La cassolette de la mer au poisson et aux crevettes est un plat savoureux et raffiné qui convient aux amateurs de produits de la mer. STEP 1: Preheat your oven to 180°C to prepare the cooking of the fish casserole.

STEP 2: Cut the salmon and cod into pieces about 4 cm for even cooking.

STEP 3: In a frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic in a little butter until they are translucent.

STEP 4: Add the pieces of fish and the shrimp to the pan, then season with salt and pepper.

STEP 5: Incorporate the previously cut leeks and carrots, and let cook for a few minutes.

STEP 6: Add the liquid cream and white wine, mix well, and then remove from heat.

STEP 7: Divide the mixture into suitable casseroles and bake for about 25 minutes.

STEP 8: Once cooked, serve hot, optionally adding a little fresh parsley for decoration.
