STEP 5: Once boiling, cover the pot and reduce the heat to medium-low for gentle cooking.

STEP 6: Let it cook without lifting the lid for about 15 minutes, until all the water is absorbed.

STEP 7: Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes for perfect fluffy rice.
