Easy ciabatta recipe: homemade bread with unique characteristics

🍞 600 g of flour (type 00 or T55) 💧 400 ml of cold water
🧂 14 g of salt 🫒 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
🌾 0.2 g of dry yeast 🌡️ 1.5 teaspoons of natural sourdough (optional)

Placez tous les ingredients de la cuve du batteur. 2. Avec la feuille petrissez à vitesse moyenne entre 5 et 10 minutes jusqu’a ce que la pâte se décolle des paroies de la cuve. Sur la fin du petrissage augmentez légèrement la vitesse 3. Debarassez votre pate dans un plat et faites un 1er rabat 4. Laissez reposer 20minutes à temperature ambiante 5. Faites un 2eme rabat 6. Laissez reposer 20minutes à temperature ambiante 7. Faites un 3ème rabat 8. Laissez reposer 45min à temperature ambiante 9. Au bout des 45minutes la pâte doit avoir bien gonflé 10. Farinez le plan de travail et debarasser la pate dessus en faisant bien attention à ne pas la degazer 11. Saupoudrez de la farine sur la pâte 12. Detaillez votre pâte en different petit patons 13. Avant d’enfourner vaporisez votre pain avec de l’eau 14. Faire cuire au four à pizza jusqu’a coloration souhaitée 15. Si vous n’avez pas de four à pizza vous pouvez cuire en four traditionel à temperature maximum! Allumez le grill sur la fin! Et si vous avez une plaque refractaire c’est envore mieux, placez la dans votre four à température maximum

STEP 8:

Preheat your oven to 220°C and bake the breads for about 25 minutes, until you achieve a golden crust.
