STEP 5: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Once rested, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm.
STEP 6: Cut uniform strips of dough, then stretch them slightly to form sticks.
STEP 7: Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them with a bit of olive oil.
STEP 8: Bake the breadsticks for 10 to 15 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
