Recipe for easy-to-make egg custard at home

~ Crème aux œufs 🍮 ~ 💫❤️ bonne dégustation 💫❤️ 📌 Recette 1 œuf entier 3 jaunes d’œufs 400 ml de lait entier 80 gr de sucre en poudre 1 gousse de vanille grattée 1 cuillère à café d’extrait de vanille liquide Faire chauffer le lait avec le sucre. Ajouter la vanille fendue en 2, l’extrait de vanille et laisser infuser. Porter à ébullition. Verser les 3 jaunes d’œufs avec l’œuf entier dans un saladier puis fouetter. Retirer la casserole du feu ainsi que la gousse de vanille et verser progressivement le lait chaud sur les œufs tout remuant. Préchauffer le four à 160°C. Verser la crème dans vos pots en verre et les déposer dans un grand plat allant au four en remplissant au 3/4 le plat d’eau. Enfourner à mi-hauteur et cuire au bain marie pendant les 20 premières minutes à 120°C, puis 10 minutes à 170°C et les 10 dernières minutes à 190°C. Sortir du four et laisser refroidir à température ambiante. Placer au frais minimum 3 heures.
