TAJINE SANS TAJINE poulet olive et citron confit 🫒🍋 Un tajine c’est un mode de cuisson, un plat. Mais ca peut arriver d’avoir envie d’en manger un et de ne pas avoir ce plat à la maison alors on va essayer de s’en rapprocher ensemble. 🍋Ingrédients : 5 pilons de poulets 100g d’olive vertes dénoyautées 1 citron confit ( la boite se trouve au rayon du monde au supermarché) 1 cas de curcuma 1 cas de gingembre 1 cac d’ail en poudre 1 cas d’huile d’olive 2 oignons 2 gousses d’ail 1 demi bouquer de coriandre Il vous faut une poêle assez profonde 1/ melangez le poulet avec les epices et l’huile d’olive 2/ emincez les oignons et l’ail et faites revenir le tout à feu fort 2/3 minutes. 3/ baissez le feu au minimum ( 2-3) et ajoutez 2 grands verres d’eau, couvrez et laissez cuire 2h à feu doux. 4/ au bout d’une heure. Ajoutez les olives et le citron decoupé en 4 ( je dessale les olives dans un bol d’eau chaude 10 min environ ) 5/ si l’eau s’est évaporée, et que vous voyez qu’il manque un peu de cuisson remettez un fond d’eau, l’idée c’est que le poulet soit tres tendre et qu’il y ai une sauce dans le fond. 6/ ce plat se sert avec des frites ou des pommes de terres sautées Ajoutez la coriandre à la fin#tajine #tajinepoulet
