Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk, then mix well and let rest for five minutes.

Add the olive oil and continue kneading until you get a soft and slightly sticky dough.

Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest in a warm place for 1h30.

After resting, degas the dough by kneading it lightly and divide it into six small balls.
STEP 7:
Flatten each ball to form discs about 1 to 2 cm thick.
STEP 8:
Preheat your oven to 220°C and bake the faluches for 12 to 15 minutes until they are lightly golden.
